The À Punt program 'Valencians al món' ventures this week into Alsace, one of Europe's most picturesque regions, to discover its charms through the experiences of Valencians residing there.

The broadcast, scheduled for this Thursday at 10:45 PM, will begin in Colmar, known as “Little Venice,” where Víctor Morata, from Vall d’Uixó, will share his more than four years of experience in the area. The tour will also include Riquewihr, one of France's most renowned villages, which has inspired cinematic settings.
The journey continues in Strasbourg with María José Mata, from Mislata, who has lived in the Alsatian capital for over three decades. She will showcase typical dishes such as sauerkraut and pork knuckle, in addition to its imposing Gothic cathedral. Also in Strasbourg, Sergi Lázaro, from Castellón de la Plana, will lead a tour through the traditional half-timbered houses and introduce vin chaud, a popular winter drink.
The route will conclude with Laura Elvira, from Torrevieja, who has been in the city for three and a half years. Her proposal includes a visit to a specialized shop with over 140 varieties of cheese, reflecting Alsace's rich cheese-making tradition. The program thus offers a combination of culture, gastronomy, and personal stories in one of the continent's most unique areas.
