The Consell Collaborates with Paiporta, Ayora, and Ademuz for 2025 Income Tax Assistance

The Generalitat, through the Valencian Tax Agency, will offer in-person and free assistance for IRPF declarations in these localities.

The Consell has approved an agreement with the town councils of Paiporta, Ayora, and Ademuz to provide in-person assistance for preparing Personal Income Tax (IRPF) declarations for the 2025 fiscal year.

This agreement, signed between the Valencian Tax Agency (ATV) and the local councils, will allow for the establishment of assistance points where personalized and free advice will be offered to taxpayers. It will also facilitate the submission of declarations through the Rentaweb service on behalf of third parties.
In the case of Paiporta, the agreement addresses the exceptional situation resulting from the effects of the DANA in October 2024. The measure aims to maintain reinforced personal attention resources to facilitate compliance with tax obligations and ensure adequate administrative support in a context marked by the consequences of this adverse weather event.
For Ademuz and Ayora, the collaboration is justified by territorial and administrative reasons, given the distance of these municipalities from other administrations of the State Tax Administration Agency and any liquidation office. The objective is to strengthen in-person attention at the local level, ensuring equality in access to public services and facilitating tax compliance for residents.
The town councils will provide premises for taxpayer assistance during the month of June. The hours will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The total number of service days will be agreed upon with each council.
The Generalitat, for its part, will provide specialized tax personnel, as well as the necessary computer programs and equipment for assistance. The Valencian Tax Agency will also offer telephone assistance during the month of May and the in-person service Closer to You, from June 1st to June 30th, at a total of 68 points (31 in Valencia, 26 in Alicante, and 11 in Castellón).
Prior appointment will be essential to receive in-person assistance and can be requested between May 29th and June 29th through the same channels as telephone assistance. In these offices, Valencian citizens will be able to obtain necessary information about available tax measures and, if applicable, receive assistance to fulfill their tax obligations.
