This intervention, promoted by AIGÜES DE L'Horta S.A., will focus on the section between Senyera street and Generalitat Valenciana avenue. The main objective is to improve the quality and safety of drinking water supply, increase drainage capacity during heavy rains, and reduce future breakdowns.

Regarding drinking water supply, the current asbestos cement network will be replaced by a new cast iron one, which is safer and more efficient. All domestic connections will also be renewed, and meter locations will be adapted to current technical criteria. To ensure uninterrupted service, a temporary network will be installed beforehand.

For sanitation, a new independent storm drain collector will be built to improve water evacuation during intense rainfall. Additionally, a section of the unitary network with existing problems will be renovated, and a definitive solution will be provided for the connection of Tenor Salvador Alejos street.

Taking advantage of the underground network intervention, road and sidewalk pavements will be completely renovated to comply with accessibility regulations. New asphalt will be laid, pedestrian crossings will be improved, and tree pits will be adapted to promote drainage and urban integration.

The work will be organized in phases to minimize inconvenience, primarily focusing on sidewalks in the initial stage. Pedestrian access to homes will be guaranteed at all times, and for driveways and garages, metal plates will be installed to allow vehicle access. The estimated duration of the works is approximately five months.
