The young woman sustained a bleeding leg wound as a result of the incident. Health services attended to her and transferred her to the Peset Hospital in Valencia. The causes of the accident are currently unknown.
The incident occurred around 10:15 PM when the floor of a bathroom in the apartment gave way. Consequently, the woman fell from a height of between four and five meters onto the car cleaning business, which was closed to the public at the time, according to the Local Police of Benetússer.
The municipal Urban Planning department will visit the property on Monday, along with the Local Police, to analyze whether the incident is due to ongoing construction work or the poor condition of the dwelling.
