The Alfafar City Council has presented today CIVIS, a new municipal application that will allow residents to quickly and easily report any incidents detected on public roads.

This digital tool aims to improve direct communication with the local administration and streamline the response to everyday municipal problems. Through CIVIS, citizens will be able to submit notices about damages or incidents and track their processing status at all times, facilitating more efficient, close, and transparent management by the council.
In addition to the main incident reporting service, the application already offers the possibility to consult news related to Alfafar, access updated information on on-duty pharmacies, and request prior appointments at the Citizen Attention Service (SAC). This expands the channels of interaction with the municipal administration.

"This advancement helps us improve the municipal response capacity."

During the presentation, it was also announced that the City Council is already working on a second development phase for CIVIS. This next stage will allow for the incorporation of new functionalities related to the management of municipal registrations for activities, workshops, and courses, expanding the application's features in the coming months.
The launch of CIVIS is part of the Municipal Portals project promoted by the Diputación de València, aimed at providing municipalities with digital tools to improve citizen services. With this initiative, the Alfafar City Council continues to advance in improving municipal services and incorporating digital solutions that facilitate direct communication with residents.
