The Alfafar City Council has announced the start of its Paving Plan, which will cover more than 70 streets, avenues, and squares to enhance safety and accessibility.
The Alfafar City Council will launch in the coming months the first phase of its Paving Plan, one of the most significant urban improvement actions promoted in recent years. This initiative includes interventions in over 70 streets, avenues, and squares distributed across all neighborhoods of the municipality.
The action will improve the condition of the local road network through renovation and repair of the surface, remediation of deteriorated areas, comprehensive actions at the most affected points, sidewalk improvements, and replacement of horizontal signage. The objective is to enhance road safety, improve accessibility, and provide streets in better condition for residents and visitors.
This Paving Plan is part of the municipal strategy for infrastructure recovery and improvement following damage caused by the DANA (Mediterranean storm), as well as the City Council's commitment to the continuous maintenance of public spaces and the enhancement of citizens' quality of life. The planned actions represent one of the largest investments in road maintenance and improvement carried out in the municipality in recent years.
