The town of Moncada becomes the historical automotive hub this Sunday, April 26, with the celebration of the VII Classic Vehicle Concentration, gathering over 600 vehicles.

This event, which boasts over 600 registered vehicles, has established itself as the most multitudinous gathering in the Valencian calendar and a national benchmark. The organization had to expand parking areas at the Mercaparking venue to accommodate the large volume of participants.
The day is not only a meeting point for collectors but also a technical exhibition that allows observing the evolution of mechanics and industrial design. Among the participants, there are examples over 70 years old, maintained in pristine condition by specialized clubs such as the Club Alpine Valencia and the Club Vespa & Lambretta Valencia.
Unlike other more informal gatherings, the Moncada concentration opts for an exhibition organized by brands and models. This arrangement allows visitors to comparatively analyze the aesthetic and technological development of different automotive brands over the decades.
One of the main attractions of this edition is the model exhibition by local artisan mechanic Alejandro Marín Fuentes, whose restoration and scale reproduction work is a reference in the sector for its technical fidelity. Additionally, during the morning, a jury will evaluate the participating pieces to award prizes in categories such as "Best Preserved Vehicle," "Oldest," or "Best Period Characterization."
The growth of the event has forced the Moncada City Council to restructure access points to streamline accreditations from early morning. After the reception of cars and motorcycles, Avenida Mediterránea and its adjacent streets will be closed to regular traffic to host the more than 900 attendees expected at the popular lunch.
The day's agenda concludes with a live performance by the local group Mur Band at 11:30 AM, serving as a prelude to the main closing act: an escorted urban route. In this final parade, the caravan of classics will tour the center and surroundings of Moncada, allowing the sound of old engines and period aesthetics to take over the town's streets before the day concludes.
