Godella Hosts Conference on Well-being of Caregivers

The Godella City Council, through the Department of Social Services and Seniors, invites citizens to a conference on the well-being of caregivers, given by expert Enric Valls, to offer support strategies.
The conference, titled Caring for Those Who Care: Strategies for Well-being, will take place next Tuesday 21 at 6:00 PM at the Villa Eugenia Art Center. It is open to all citizens, including family caregivers, social and health sector professionals, and anyone interested in learning to care for themselves while caring for others.
The objective of this initiative is to raise awareness about the importance of caring for those who dedicate their time and effort to caring for others. During the talk, Enric Valls, a renowned psychologist expert in supporting caregivers and mental health, will offer practical advice to prevent stress, avoid emotional overload, and encourage the creation of support networks.
