The Puçol City Council has initiated the information and application process to access rehabilitated social housing, aiming to expand the public housing stock and facilitate access to dignified housing.

The application process is structured in two phases. Phase 1, for information and screening, will take place from April 15 to April 23 at the Social Welfare Building, from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM (excluding weekends). To participate in this phase, which aims to advise applicants, it is essential to have requested a prior appointment.
Subsequently, Phase 2, for submitting applications, will open. This can be done in person on April 27, 28, 29, and 30, May 4, 5, 6, and 7, and May 11, also by appointment, at the City Council's Citizen Service Office. It can also be done online from April 27 to May 11, an option that offers greater agility and time availability, although it requires an electronic certificate.
The homes have undergone a comprehensive renovation that includes improvements in kitchens and bathrooms, replacement of carpentry, updating of installations (plumbing, electricity, sanitation, lighting, air conditioning, and hot water), as well as painting, cleaning, and general adaptation work.
Those who meet the established requirements may apply for these homes, including: being part of a cohabitation unit of at least two members, being registered in Puçol for a minimum of 12 months, having Spanish nationality or legal residence in Spain, not owning another home, and being registered in the Generalitat Valenciana (EVha) housing registry, in addition to not having debts with the Puçol City Council.

"This type of investment focuses on one of the main current needs, such as access to housing."
