The town of Puçol will host the Beatbox Championship of the Valencian Community on May 16. The event, starting at 5:30 PM in the auditorium of the Casa de la Cultura, will offer free admission and feature 18 beatboxers from across the Valencian territory.
This championship is a collaboration between the Puçol City Council and the Youth Department, aiming to promote new forms of artistic expression among young people. Additionally, it seeks to foster alternative, creative leisure proposals linked to urban culture.
“"From the City Council, we continue to promote different youth leisure activities, betting on innovative proposals that connect with the youngest."
The attending public will have the opportunity to get up close with emerging talent in the world of beatbox, a booming discipline that combines rhythm, vocal technique, and creativity. Participants will recreate rhythmic bases, sounds, and improvisations exclusively with their voices, making this practice one of the most recognizable expressions of contemporary urban culture.
“"With events like this, we once again place Puçol on the national map within urban culture and young talent."
The organization invites all citizens to participate in a dynamic, rhythm-filled day that reinforces the municipality's commitment to culture, creativity, and new forms of youth leisure.
