Paterna has elected Elena Pla Giménez as the new Queen of Major Festivities for the 2026 term, in an institutional event held at the Casino de la Plaza del Pueblo.

The designation ceremony, which took place yesterday, was attended by local authorities. Young Elena Pla Giménez will assume this institutional role, representing the festivities in honor of the Santísimo Cristo de la Fe and San Vicente Ferrer.
The new Queen will be accompanied by her Court of Honor, composed of four young women who also participated in the selection process. These are Paula Prieto Javaloyes, Aura Lucía Martí Macías, Carmen Arias Daroqui, and Érica Bautista Fernández.

"The figure of the Queen of Festivities symbolizes Paterna's commitment and pride in its traditions, identity, and cultural heritage."
