The agreement, signed before a notary, will allow for the development of a residential project on a 343-square-meter plot located on Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, within the Entrenúcleos sector. This action aims to increase the supply of affordable housing in the Horta Nord region through inter-administrative collaboration.
The management of the Valencian Housing and Land Entity (EVHA) highlighted that strategic cooperation with municipalities is essential to achieve the regional goal of promoting 10,000 protected homes. For its part, the local government emphasized that this initiative responds to a real need of the citizenry, especially young people.

The management model will prioritize allocation to people registered in the municipality with a minimum seniority of three years, reserving at least half of the properties for those under 35 and people with disabilities.
