The plenary session of the Burjassot City Council has unanimously approved studying the creation of a municipal waste collection point, an initiative already included in the General Urban Planning Plan.

The ordinary plenary session of May at the Burjassot City Council has given the green light, unanimously by all groups, to the motion presented by non-attached councilor María Muñoz to study the creation of a clean point in the municipality. This measure was already contemplated in Burjassot's General Urban Planning Plan.
The motion calls for the initiation of a study for "the creation of a Municipal Clean Point, fixed and permanent, in an adequate location" to facilitate the disposal of waste by citizens. Likewise, it requests that municipal technical services be tasked with preparing a report on possible locations, necessary dimensions, types of waste to be collected, and installation and maintenance costs.
Should it be viable, the text also includes the development of a citizen information and awareness campaign to publicize the new service.
