The Autèntik project stems from the vision of a young man who, after studying Data Science and delving into philosophy, decided to act in response to the transformation of cities. His concern for the loss of neighborhood identity and commercial uniformity led him to create this platform.
The entrepreneur, who has always lived in the center of València, observes how the city is changing and traditional businesses are disappearing. He proposes alternatives such as selling Valencian 'cocas' instead of 'pizza al taglio', highlighting the value of local products and indigenous gastronomy. He argues that 'putxero' is superior to ramen, not to criticize the latter, but to emphasize the richness of Valencian cuisine.
“"I don't know. I change very quickly and don't have a clear vocation. Everything is politics, and in reality, Autèntik is too."
Autèntik is conceived as an "associative apartment" that seeks to connect with people and bring forward proposals that previously went unheard. The goal is to build an ecosystem of services that have roots and identity, going beyond mere economic exchange to create a better València and País Valencià.
The project also addresses the individual responsibility of citizens when choosing where to shop, encouraging consumption at local businesses instead of large franchises. The entrepreneur acknowledges that it is a utopia, but firmly believes there are tools to make it work, such as creating a quality brand for Valencian products and finding successors for businesses that wish to close.
Despite his youth, Autèntik's founder has had previous work experiences, including a project to analyze WhatsApp chats and his participation in a data analysis company for the tourism and publishing sectors. His current initiative seeks a sustainable model that, in addition to generating income, has a positive impact on the community.
