The program will begin in the early hours of Saturday, May 9, into Sunday, May 10, at 11:59 PM, with a fireworks display by FX Caballer. This show, titled L’ofrena del foc, will last 7 minutes and 23 seconds and is conceived as an immersive proposal with great visual and sound rhythm.
The mascletà will feature 900 firing orders distributed across 26 fire positions throughout the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, allowing the audience to be surrounded by the spectacle through synchronized aerial and ground sequences. The proposal will start with powerful digital rhythms and color-changing effects, accompanied by crackling, buzzing, and luminous intermittent elements.
Subsequently, the fireworks will evolve into a structure composed of six rhythmic sets with yellow sequins, lightning, farfarelas, kamuros, and pink intermittents, among other effects. The show will culminate with a high-intensity finale, marked by color and thunder, in a tribute to the most Valencian essence of pyrotechnics.
The program will continue on Sunday, May 10, with a special mascletà dedicated to the Mare de Déu dels Desemparats, performed by Pirotecnia Aitana under the title El càntic de la Mare de Déu. This display will use a total of 121.47 kilograms of regulated material and will last approximately 5 minutes.
The artistic proposal will be marked by the predominance of blue, a symbol of purity, holiness, the Immaculate Conception, and the sky, in a direct reference to the Virgin. Each pyrotechnic effect has been designed to evoke the solemnity, emotion, and collective feeling of the celebration.
