Families registered in València with minors enrolled in early childhood education, or with births expected this year, can access these subsidies. However, minors enrolled in public centers or those with full educational agreements are excluded.

The deadline for submitting applications will remain open until April 27. These aids, approved by the Governing Board on March 13, primarily aim to promote equal opportunities in access to early childhood education, assist families with school meal expenses, and facilitate work-life balance.

The subsidies will cover various expenses, including school meals, morning school programs (escola matinera), summer school, and early childhood education enrollment in the first and second cycles. They can also finance activities carried out within and outside school hours during the 2026-2027 academic year, extracurricular activities, books, and school materials.

To be eligible for these aids, both the minor and the parent or legal representatives must be registered in the municipality of València. The school where the minor is enrolled must also be located in the city, except in exceptional cases, such as when the minor requires specialized care.

Regarding the amounts, the maximum monthly aid for the school voucher will be 120 euros for a period of 10 months. For school meals, the maximum monthly amount will be 94.5 euros for 11 months. The morning school program will have a maximum single payment of 125 euros, while summer school will be 120 euros.
