A 43-year-old driver was injured in Valencia after losing consciousness while driving, causing his vehicle to collide with a tram and leading to a service interruption on Metrovalencia.

The incident was reported around 13:00. According to information provided by the Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU), the driver suffered a sudden fainting spell while driving, losing control of the car and crashing into the tram.
A SAMU unit was dispatched to the scene. The medical team stabilized the injured person before urgently transferring them to La Fe Hospital in Valencia, where they will receive specialized treatment for their injuries.
The collision had a direct impact on the Metrovalencia network, forcing the interruption of circulation on Line 10. The service cut occurred on the section between the Amado Granell-Montolivet and Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències-Justicia stops.
