Two accidents on the A-7 highway, near Xàtiva and Bétera, have caused traffic jams of over 10 kilometers heading towards Alicante, significantly complicating circulation in the province of Valencia this morning.

The General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) has reported two incidents on the A-7 that are affecting traffic heading towards Alicante. A first accident, occurring near Xàtiva, forced the closure of the right lane and generated over 4 kilometers of congestion.
A second accident, located at kilometer 394 near Bétera, has led to the closure of the left lane. Currently, more than 2 kilometers of traffic jams are accumulating in the same direction, hindering traffic in the metropolitan area of Valencia.
Other access and exit routes for the city of Valencia are experiencing the usual slow traffic of the early morning hours. The V-30, near Paterna and heading towards the Port of Valencia, is another of the most affected routes.
