According to the latest Salary Trends Report 2026 prepared by Randstad Research, highly specialized technical profiles concentrate the highest remunerations in the city of Valencia. In some cases, these professionals with more than six years of experience can earn up to 101,000 euros annually.
The position of technical lead in the technology sector tops the salary ranking in Valencia, with remunerations ranging between 79,000 and 101,000 euros. Following this profile, the list of the best-paid includes the plant manager, with salaries of up to 99,000 euros, and the compliance officer, who can reach 90,000 euros.
Other prominent profiles include the auditor and consultant in sectors such as banking and insurance, with salaries close to 89,000 euros. Likewise, the project manager in engineering can reach 82,000 euros. The ranking also includes positions such as the site reliability engineer (SRE), the key account manager, the product manager, and the actuary, all with high remunerations within the Valencian labor market.
Despite these figures, Valencia is below other major cities such as Madrid or Barcelona in terms of salary levels, with differences exceeding 10% in some profiles. However, it slightly surpasses Malaga and remains a relevant market, especially in sectors such as technology, engineering, and regulatory compliance.
The report concludes that digitalization, regulatory complexity, and the need for efficiency will continue to drive demand for these profiles, which could translate into an increase in salaries in the coming years.
