Valencian athlete Ricardo Ten has once again showcased his high performance at the Para-cycling World Cup held in Abruzzo, Italy, achieving a double medal win: gold in the road race and silver in the individual time trial.

Ricardo Ten continues to add successes to his impressive international career. In the recent Para-cycling World Cup, which concluded on Sunday, May 10, the Valencian athlete was one of the main protagonists, returning to Valencia with two new medals.
In the final day of the competition, Ten, a member of the FER Project, clearly dominated the C1 road race. He crossed the finish line solo, with a two-minute lead over his closest pursuers, including Chinese cyclist Liang.
Regarding the individual time trial (ITT), Ricardo Ten narrowly missed gold, finishing just two hundredths of a second behind first place in the C1 class. The athlete delivered an outstanding performance, competing closely with French cyclist Tarou. Another Valencian, Maurice Eckhard (C12), finished twelfth in the same event. In total, the Spanish national team secured seven medals in this edition of the World Cup.
