Investment fund Vecta has created OnRoute, a new national logistics operator, resulting from the integration of Talaexprés, Logística Carosán, Futrans, and Transnugón, with bases in the Valencian Community and Portugal.

The new company, operating under a single brand across the entire national territory, becomes a benchmark for sectors such as industrial, retail, pharma, and large consumption. OnRoute boasts a fleet of over 500 tractor units, 140,000 square meters of storage space, and nearly 800 employees.
The logistics agent's consolidated turnover stands at 75 million euros for 2025, with a projected sales increase of 35% for 2026, driven by new acquisitions and its business plan.
OnRoute has logistics operations bases in the Valencian Community, Castilla La Mancha, Extremadura, and Portugal, enabling it to cover the entire national territory and serve a wide variety of sectors, from industrial to dry or cold food.
The company's main objective is to move towards a direct B2B model, increasing clients related to manufacturing and the industrial sector. They also expect to improve warehouse occupancy and evolve towards a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) model for warehouse clients.
