The National Police has presented Operation Summer 2026 at the Neptuno promenade in Valencia, a device designed to increase security in areas with high tourist influx between July 1st and August 31st.

The police strategy will focus on the beaches of Las Arenas, El Cabañal, and La Malva-rosa, in addition to reinforcing the presence of officers at strategic points such as Manises airport, the port, the bus station, and the capital's railway infrastructure.
As a new feature, a citizen service office will be maintained in the beach area, located at the intersection of José Ballester Gozalvo and Pintor Ferrandis streets. This service, which will operate in coordination with the Local Police, will be open from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, to facilitate the filing of reports.
Various specialized units will participate in the operation, including the Provincial Brigade of Citizen Security, citizen attention groups, the cavalry unit, and canine guides. Likewise, personnel from the Judicial Police, immigration, air assets, and the mobile brigade will be integrated to ensure full coverage in high-traffic areas.
