Interested companies have until June 12th to submit their bids for the project's design and supervision of the replacement work. The project includes the reconstruction of the auditorium, which had a capacity for at least 170 people, and the adaptation of the basement to become a new storage area. Floodwaters had completely submerged the basement, even collapsing the wall separating the conservatory from the TAC Auditorium Theatre.
The tendering process requires the submission of three envelopes: administrative documentation, documentation related to ponderable award criteria, and the economic proposal along with documentation for quantifiable criteria. All submissions must be made through the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
In 2025, the Catarroja City Council approved a motion by the municipal group Compromís to demand the urgent rehabilitation of the auditorium from the Ministry of Education, Universities, and Employment. At the time, the group criticized that the space, unusable since the DANA on October 29, 2024, lacked a reconstruction schedule despite being essential for the center's operation, which serves 360 students from the l'Horta Sud region.
