The operation, which will be active from next Saturday, June 13th, until September 6th, aims to offer over 13 million seats to travel to the city's beaches. According to the entity's management, this figure represents a significant increase compared to previous years, establishing itself as the largest service offer in its history.
Among the notable improvements, line 18 will extend its route to the Paseo Marítimo, while line 24 will enter directly into El Saler beach. Other lines such as the 95 will reach Cabanyal beach, and the 98 will provide daily service to bathing areas, increasing its usual frequency.
In addition to the increased capacity, EMT has activated the campaign Modo playa: activa el modo verano. Súbete al bus. This initiative includes children's activities, sports, and live music at various points along the coast, as well as an information staff device that will assist users at 20 strategic points in the network.
