The Valencian band La Fulla has released their new album, Ment en guerra (Mind at War), a work that delves into current personal and social tensions and marks a new creative phase for the group.

This work follows Nucs de Vidre (Glass Knots) (2023) and continues to develop a sound that combines melodic rock with influences from reggae, ska, punk-pop, and electronic music. The album maintains the characteristic energy of their live performances but with a more critical and reflective perspective on the current context.
Among the songs on the album, Placa Petri (Petri Dish) stands out as the first preview of the project. This track uses the metaphor of laboratory cultures to discuss a society where power structures condition the environment we live in and observe how people evolve within it.
The live presentation of the new album will take place on May 23 at the 16 Toneladas venue in València. This special concert will feature Sociologia Animal, who will also be presenting their album Retrotopía. The night will conclude with a set by Rude Peli, responsible for closing the event.
La Fulla is a Valencian band with roots in the regions of l'Horta Nord and Camp de Morvedre. The project took its current form with the release of Nucs de Vidre in 2023, a moment when the group solidified its own distinct sound identity.
In recent years, the band has gained presence within the Valencian music scene, with performances at festivals and important events such as Feslloc, Aplec dels Ports, Magdalena Rude Rock Fest, and the Concertàs de Falles d'Arrancapins.
