Designer Javier Valiente has been selected to create the graphic image and announcement poster for the Gran Fira de València 2026, following deliberation by an expert committee.

The selection committee, tasked with choosing the design for the Gran Fira de València 2026 announcement poster, met to evaluate the eleven proposals submitted to the competition organized by the City Council. The meeting was jointly chaired by the councilor for Festivities and Traditions and the councilor for Fallas.
After the jury's deliberation, the most voted proposal was that of Javier Valiente, who will be responsible for shaping the graphic image and the announcement poster for the festive event.
Javier Valiente is a graphic designer with his own studio, specializing in graphic and multimedia design. In 2011, he worked as a film poster artist and designer for productions by Warner Bros, Antena 3 TV, and Idealista. Additionally, he has developed projects for companies and institutions such as Atresmedia, the Generalitat Valenciana, Visit València, À Punt, and Red Bull, among other entities.
The selection committee also included the participation of members who were winners of previous editions of the competition. During the session, the committee members evaluated the different candidacies based on criteria of creativity, artistic quality, originality, and the ability to represent the essence and projection of the Gran Fira de València, one of the city's most prominent festive and cultural events.

"The announcement poster is a fundamental piece for projecting the image of the July Fair and bringing the festive program closer to residents and visitors."
