National Police agents have dismantled an organized crime group dedicated to the prostitution of transgender victims in Valencia, freeing nine individuals who were held against their will and forced to consume drugs.

In the operation, five people were arrested: four women and one man aged between 27 and 54. Additionally, two premises were searched, resulting in the seizure of cash and various narcotic substances including methamphetamine, cocaine, tusi (pink cocaine), and marijuana, along with a precision scale and documentation related to sexual services.
The investigation began late last year following a public security check where the main suspect was identified. He was carrying mobile phones and notebooks with annotations related to sexual services, leading the Provincial Brigade of Immigration and Borders of Valencia to take charge of the inquiry.
Police investigations revealed the existence of a hierarchical criminal organization responsible for general management, on-site control of the house, financial distribution, and online advertising. Economic analysis detected financial movements consistent with the activity, including cash deposits, transfers, and expenses linked to adult service websites, as well as operations designed to obscure money trails through third-party bank accounts.
The operation concluded at the end of May with two searches, one of which was conducted at a residence used as a brothel. The nine freed transgender victims were forced to provide sexual services, often under the influence of narcotics, and were subjected to strict control over their movements and financial penalties.
During the searches, cash, drugs (methamphetamine, cocaine, tusi, marijuana), a precision scale, drug manipulation tools, electronic devices, and documentation concerning sexual services and drug trafficking were confiscated. The investigation also determined that the premises offered substances to clients, such as cocaine, tusi, erectile dysfunction medication, or 'poppers', generating additional profit.
Consequently, five members of the organization have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of crimes including membership in a criminal organization, coercive prostitution, and drug trafficking. The investigation remains open, and further arrests are not ruled out.
