The FestIN festival returns to Valencia from April 17 to 26, 2026, transforming emblematic spaces into sensory experiences that merge culture and gastronomy with the participation of renowned local chefs.

This edition of FestIN, already consolidated in the cultural calendar, proposes a different way of approaching art, history, and music through taste. The event expands its venues and offerings, with a total of 22 spaces distributed between Valencia, Gandia, and Riba-roja de Túria.
Museums, cultural centers, churches, and scenic halls will host activities combining visits, shows, or tours with gastronomic creations designed for the occasion by some of the most prominent chefs and projects in the local scene. Among the novelties of FestIN 2026 are new venues such as the Palau de la Música, the Teatro Talía, Radio City, Open House Valencia, and the Church of Santos Juanes.
These new enclaves join habitual locations such as the IVAM, the Centre del Carme, Bombas Gens, and the Museum of Fine Arts, offering a diverse journey where each proposal is unique and, in many cases, unrepeatable. The festival's philosophy is to reinterpret culture through gastronomy, connecting exhibitions, concerts, and theatrical pieces with menus and tastings inspired by the works or historical context.

The idea is simple yet effective: reinterpreting culture through gastronomy.

Some of the highlighted experiences include an aperitif at the IVAM with Fierro, inspired by the exhibition A media lumbre; a black and white feast at the Centre del Carme with Begoña Rodrigo, based on the universe of Chema Madoz; or a tour of Muñoz Degraín's work at the Museum of Fine Arts culminating in dishes by María José Martínez.
Other proposals include a symphony of flavors at the Palau de la Música with Vicente Patiño, a menu inspired by the opera Salomé at Les Arts, and the immersive experience À la Carte. Titanic at Bombas Gens with tapas by Ricard Camarena. Reservations are limited and can be made through the festival's official website.
