The Valencia Jazz Festival 2026 returns to the city for its 29th edition, offering six free concerts from June 24th to July 26th, spread across the Palau Gardens and the districts of Castellar-L’Oliveral and La Torre.

The musical event, now in its 29th edition, will take place from June 24th to July 26th, with a program designed to bring music to all audiences. The initiative includes six free concerts to be held in the Palau Gardens and in the districts of Castellar-L’Oliveral and La Torre.
The opening night will be on June 24th in the Palau Gardens, featuring the Jove Big Band Sedajazz, accompanied by Perico Sambeat and vocalist Sara Dowling. This opening night will highlight Valencian talent and the festival's international reach.
The outdoor program continues on June 25th with the Banda Sinfónica Municipal de Valencia, performing alongside the Pepe Rivero Quintet under the direction of Cristóbal Soler. The performance will merge symphonic-band music with the Latin jazz of the Cuban pianist.
The “Jazz a les pedanies” (Jazz in the Districts) cycle will extend to Castellar-L’Oliveral and La Torre on July 18th, 19th, 25th, and 26th. The Castellar Sports Center and Alqueria Coca will host performances by Isaac Romagosa Quintet, Adriano Tortora Quartet, Eva Serrano Quintet, and Le Dancing Pepa.
The festival reaffirms its commitment to bringing music to different neighborhoods and city spaces, promoting the local scene and attracting new audiences in open and accessible environments. This edition will also feature top-tier international artists such as Maria Schneider, Esperanza Spalding, Joe Lovano, Lizz Wright, and José James.
The 26th Sedajazz Seminar on Jazz and Latin Music will also be part of the program, focusing on generational renewal and musical education.
