ECOM Consultores, a real estate consultancy firm with over two decades of experience, operates from a glass-fronted office in central Valencia, adapting to market evolution and offering specialized services.
Located at one of the busiest corners in the center of Valencia, where Colón Street meets Pascual y Genís and Félix Pizcueta, the office of ECOM Consultores observes the evolution of an increasingly cosmopolitan city. The firm, specializing in real estate consulting, has accumulated over two decades of experience in the sector.
The choice of this location was not accidental. The company's management sought a spot that met all their needs to diversify the business and gain visibility, while remaining in the city center. After the 2008 real estate crisis, the company consolidated in the office sector, but the scarcity of such properties and the growth of the residential market led them to reorient their activities.

"The location had everything we were looking for. We were diversifying our business and needed a larger office, but we wanted to stay in the city center and gain visibility, which was not easy."
Despite the increasing digitalization of the sector, expanding the team was not necessary. The four-person structure remained consolidated, allowing for agile work. The firm closes about sixty operations annually, a significant figure for such a small team.
The office's interior design, by the Valencian firm Cosín Estudio, aims to convey the company's values of trust and professionalism. The timeless and sober design, featuring natural light, neutral colors, oak wood, and glass, creates a serene and functional environment. The oval glass-enclosed office at the heart of the space articulates the entire area, fostering communication and a sense of teamwork.

"In the real estate sector, significant fees are paid, and that demands offering a truly valuable service. Our work is not just about closing a deal, but about adding value throughout the entire process."
Soundproofing and carpeting contribute to the calm, isolating the interior from external bustle. Artworks by Valencian artists such as Cristina Alabau Chapa, Sanleón, Michavila, or Iturralde add color and character, connecting the space with Mediterranean tradition. Personal touches, like a collection of antique telephones, complete an atmosphere that reflects the company's identity.
