The incident occurred around 1:20 PM, when the minor informed the school's director that an individual had approached her at the entrance, touched her, and kissed her face.

The director, using the description provided by the victim and another student who witnessed the incident, went to search for the suspect and located him within the school grounds. Upon realizing he had been identified, the man attempted to flee on foot, but workers from a nearby construction site detained him until officers arrived.

During the police intervention, the detainee admitted to the acts and stated he believed the young woman was of legal age. The Local Police arrested him and will hand him over to judicial authorities.

The minor was attended to and accompanied at all times by the school's teaching staff while officers carried out the relevant proceedings, as reported by municipal sources.
