The Valle del Cabriel, together with the Provincial Council of Cuenca, has prepared a special event in Valencia for May 21st. The aim is to promote the products and gastronomy of this region of Cuenca within the Valencian Community, a nearby region that is a potential source of tourists.
The event will be held at the emblematic Veles e Vents Building, located in the port of Valencia. There, a showcooking session will take place featuring the influencer Paufeel, with the participation of four restaurants and eight local producers. The gathering is designed to attract media, influencers, and gastronomic societies, who will act as a mouthpiece for the culinary quality and products of the Valle del Cabriel.
The day will begin around 12:00 PM with a presentation of the Valle del Cabriel destination by the attending administrations, highlighting its attractions to Valencian communication professionals and influencers. Subsequently, the influencer '@paufeel', with nearly three million followers on Instagram, will conduct a showcooking using local products.
Finally, on one of the building's terraces, each restaurant will offer tapas showcasing their chefs' mastery, while producers will have a stand to present and sample their products. Participants include the Restaurante la Muralla de Cañete, Restaurante Hotel Moya (Landete), Restaurante Los Tubos (Villarta), and Restaurante La Rebotica (Cardenete), as well as producers of truffles, wine, mushrooms, meat products, bread, sweets, and honey.
