Forest fire controlled in Sinarcas

Emergency teams managed to stabilize the fire at 18:30 and control it around 19:00.

The Generalitat's Emergency Coordination Center received the alert for a forest fire in Sinarcas, which they managed to stabilize on Monday at 18:30.

The alert, communicated at 16:39 via social media, mobilized four ground units of forest firefighters, four fire engines, two aerial resources, a contingent from the Provincial Consortium of Firefighters of Valencia, an environmental agent from the Generalitat, and a patrol from the Civil Guard. Volunteer firefighters from the Sinarcas municipality also provided support.
Shortly after, Emergencies updated the deployment with two forest fire reinforcement brigades from the Valencia firefighters, two aerial resources from the Generalitat, and a government plane, in addition to a forest firefighter unit, a fire engine, and three environmental agents from Cuenca. Around 18:00, the Cuenca personnel were withdrawn, and another contingent from the Valencia firefighters joined.
The mobilized teams managed to stabilize the fire at 18:30 and finally controlled it around 19:00.
