Caixa Popular has launched the fourth edition of its Drawing Contest for Equality, an initiative that seeks to promote fundamental values such as respect, coexistence, and gender equality among children.

This competition uses drawing as an educational tool, allowing children to express their vision of equality. In this way, it contributes from an early age to social awareness and the construction of a culture based on inclusion and respect.
In previous editions, the contest was exclusively aimed at the families of Caixa Popular's staff. However, in this fourth edition, the scope is expanded to include holders of the entity's children's accounts, aged between 3 and 14 years.
The participation period runs from April 1 to June 1, 2026. Each participant may submit a single drawing, which must be inspired by the theme of gender equality. A jury, formed by the team that integrates the Caixa Popular Dona project, will be responsible for evaluating the works based on creativity and thematic relevance.

"The competition uses drawing as an educational tool that allows children to express their vision of equality, contributing from an early age to social awareness and the construction of a culture based on inclusion and respect."

Three categories have been established based on the age of the participants. For the youngest category (3 to 5 years), the first prize consists of a Caixa Popular gift card worth 100 euros, and the second prize is a 50 euro gift card. The children's category (6 to 9 years) and the junior category (10 to 14 years) offer the same prizes. All drawings must be submitted through the Caixa Popular website.
The awards ceremony will take place during the month of June and, as usual, will coincide with the presentation of the Equality Aid.
