The renowned Buddhist teacher Guen Kelsang Lochani will visit Valencia on April 17, 18, and 19 to offer a retreat and masterclass, focusing on understanding life as a dream and the teachings of emptiness.

Guen Kelsang Lochani, the principal teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Centre of Barcelona, has been a nun since 2007 and resides at the KMC Mahakaruna in Barcelona. Since 1998, she has dedicated her life to the study and practice of Buddhism under the guidance of the venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, aiming to disseminate Buddha's teachings through Kadampa meditation centers.
Her visit to Valencia will include a masterclass, followed by a course and a retreat, all under the general title of Life is Like a Dream. This special event is divided into two parts that can be enjoyed together or separately.

The Masterclass is a perfect opportunity to clearly and accessibly discover the profound Buddhist teaching that life is like a dream, learning how this understanding can help us release worries and view our problems with more lightness and wisdom.

During the course and retreat, the teachings on emptiness and the practice of the Heart Sutra will be explored in depth. Detailed explanations and guided meditations will be provided to facilitate the integration of this wisdom into daily life, seeking to open the door to a freer, more peaceful, and meaningful experience.
The event schedule is as follows: on Friday, April 17, the masterclass 'Know Reality, Eliminate Obstacles' will take place from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. On Saturday, April 18, the course will be divided into four sessions: from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Finally, on Sunday, April 19, the retreat will consist of two sessions: from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
