The historic center of Benimaclet has been filled with color for the 20th Painting Gathering, which brought together 62 participants and transformed the streets into a space for artistic creation.

The Benimaclet neighborhood celebrated its 20th Painting Gathering this Saturday, a cultural event that attracted 62 participants, including painters from the neighborhood and other parts of the city of València.
Organized by the Benimaclet Neighborhood Association, the event transformed the neighborhood's streets into an artistic creation space open to the public. This gathering is non-competitive and prize-free, aiming instead to foster grassroots culture, strengthen the social fabric, and contribute to community building.

"This is an initiative that, after twenty editions, has become consolidated as an activity of neighborhood participation and artistic expression linked to the daily life of the area."

Paco Guardeño · Spokesperson for the Benimaclet Neighborhood Association
The gathering also featured the collaboration of the Universitat Popular and its drawing and painting professors, an involvement that the neighborhood entity highlighted as fundamental for the development of this cultural activity.
With this new edition, Benimaclet reaffirms the importance of local cultural initiatives capable of bringing together residents, artists, and organizations around an open, participatory, and territory-rooted proposal.
