Sant Joan d'Alacant Elects its Christ Festival Queens for 2026

Ana Burillo Navarro and Victoria Bravo López will be the main representatives of Sant Joan d'Alacant's major festivals in 2026.

Sant Joan d'Alacant has its new Queens of the Most Holy Christ of Peace Festivals for 2026, with Ana Burillo Navarro and Victoria Bravo López as the main representatives.

The auditorium of the Casa de Cultura in Sant Joan d'Alacant hosted the event where the jury announced the names of the young women who will lead the upcoming Major Festivals. These celebrations are scheduled between September 12 and 16, 2026.
At this event, Ana Burillo Navarro was chosen as Queen of the Christ Festivals, while Victoria Bravo López was named Children's Queen of the Christ Festivals. Both will be the central figures of the festivities.
The maids of honor for the Christ Festivals will be Ada Verdú Ruiz and Alba Rodríguez González. Meanwhile, the children's maids of honor will be Carla Amor Onofre and Carlymart del Valle Bethencort Mendoza. All of them will be crowned in a ceremony taking place on August 22.
After their election, the new representatives received congratulations from the president of the Festival Commission, María Juliana Giner, and the mayor of Sant Joan, Santiago Román. They were also congratulated by other members of the municipal corporation and local festival entities. The artistic part of the event was performed by the Foguera L’Entrà al Poble, from Sant Vicent del Raspeig.
