Pairs were the protagonists of the Alicante Provincial Council Pilota Trophy, with Salva Palau and Álvaro Gimeno winning the men's category and Victoria and Myriam the women's.

The men's final, broadcast by À Punt, pitted Salva Palau and Álvaro Gimeno against the trio formed by Giner, Jesús, and Carlos, representing Pedreguer-Masymas. The red-clad pair surprised from the start, demonstrating great coordination and solidity despite playing against three opponents.
The match began at a very high pace, with Palau and Gimeno managing to open a significant gap on the scoreboard, reaching a 35-50 lead. However, the blue team, led by an accurate Giner, reacted with determination, taking advantage of the red team's nerves to tie the game at 50.
When the match seemed like it could go either way, Palau and Gimeno regained their composure in the final stretch. They saved a critical situation with the VAL against them and ultimately closed out the victory 60-50, confirming Salva Palau's excellent form.
In the women's category, the final also saw a clear dominance by one of the pairs. Victoria and Myriam decisively defeated Anabel, Fani, and Mireia 25-0, in a no-holds-barred match that highlighted the champions' superiority.
