The process, regulated by Royal Decree 316/2026, will allow in-person applications until June 30. A prior appointment will be essential, which can be obtained from this Thursday via the Ministry of Inclusion website or by calling 060.
Correos has stated that it will deploy "all its operational, technical, and human capabilities" to serve the State in carrying out the assigned tasks for this procedure. This initiative is part of the Services of General Economic Interest (SIEG) attributed to the company by the Postal Law, amended in 2025. Approximately 1,000 specifically trained professionals will participate in the process to register documentation and represent applicants when necessary.

The province of Alicante will have 17 Post Offices enabled for submitting applications. Six of these offices are located in the capital, Alicante city, while the rest are distributed across other important municipalities in the territory.
The offices in Alicante city are: Arquitecto Morell, 3 (main office); Bono Guarner, 1; Asturias, 8; Alonso Cano, 40; Av. Historiador Vicente Ramos, 1; and Virgen del Rosario, 2 (morning only). In the rest of the province, they are located in Alcoy (Plaza Emilio Sala, 15), Benidorm (Marqués de Comillas, 35), Elda (Menéndez Pelayo, 10), Elche (Paseo de la Juventud, 30; Av. de la Libertad, 110; Azúcar, 1 – morning only), Orihuela (Plaza Nueva, 1), San Vicente del Raspeig (Ancha de Castelar, 54), and Torrevieja (Caballero de Rodas, 55).
