The most expensive property available here is a villa with a golf course on the outskirts, valued at fifteen million euros. The Marina Alta is the region where price increases have been most notable, with 2,007 homes for sale above one million euros in Xàbia alone.
Alicante is the third province where luxury home prices have risen the most, demonstrating a market dynamic where millions of euros are transacted without the need for external financing.
