The Alicante Chamber of Commerce has brought its XIX sommelier course to a close, a training program designed to deepen knowledge of wine and tasting techniques. In this edition, a total of 22 students have received their certification as new professionals in the sector.
The objective of this course is to equip participants with the necessary skills to identify, evaluate, and serve wines, as well as to better understand the complexity of the wine world. The training covers everything from sensory analysis to cellar management and wine and food pairing.
The graduation of the new sommeliers represents a boost for the hospitality and restaurant sector in the province, providing qualified professionals capable of enhancing the customer experience and promoting wine culture.
