With a career spanning 46 years in acting, Juanjo Artero now embodies the famous detective Hercule Poirot. The play, featuring ten performers, is the first theatrical adaptation in Spain of this mystery classic.

"Agatha Christie has the ability to make us believe that we are all Poirot, that we are accompanying the investigation."

Juanjo Artero · Actor
The actor highlights the British writer's mastery in creating suspense and her ability to involve the audience in the plot. According to Artero, the combination of Christie's genius and the character of Poirot ensures the play's success almost a century after its creation.
The theatrical production of Murder on the Orient Express has been touring Spain for over a year. After concluding this tour in the summer, Artero will prepare for a new challenge: playing Professor Keating in the theatrical adaptation of Dead Poets Society, which will premiere on September 11 at the Teatro La Latina in Madrid.
The version of Dead Poets Society will be directed by Juan Luis Iborra, with whom Artero has previously worked. The actor expresses his excitement to collaborate again with Iborra, whom he considers a great director and a friend.
