Eurocaja Rural and APEFA Expand Alliance for Pharmaceutical Sector

Financing of up to 100 million euros is made available to boost the growth of pharmacies in Alicante.

Eurocaja Rural and the Provincial Association of Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs of Alicante (APEFA) have expanded their financial alliance to promote the growth of the pharmaceutical sector in the province, making 100 million euros available.

Eurocaja Rural and APEFA have signed a new financial collaboration agreement aimed at supporting the activity of the pharmaceutical collective in Alicante, improving access to financing, and strengthening the development, expansion, and creation of companies in the sector.
Through this agreement, Eurocaja Rural provides a financing volume of up to 100 million euros for the acquisition, modernization, and growth of pharmacies, offering competitive conditions to APEFA members, their employees, and the federation itself.
The agreement includes a specific financial line for the advance of medical prescriptions subsidized by the Valencian Community Health Service, as well as loans for pharmacy acquisition, working capital financing, furniture leasing, and provision of guarantees. Exclusive products and services such as digital banking, the 'Welcome Account', and the 'Pro-Self-Employed Plan' are also offered.
The president of Eurocaja Rural, Javier López Martín, and the president of APEFA, José Manuel Zaragoza Miguel, highlighted the importance of providing specialized financial solutions for the sustainability and growth of pharmacies.
With this collaboration, Eurocaja Rural reaffirms its commitment to the productive and professional fabric, contributing to the economic development of a strategic sector.
