The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, who highlighted the importance of this staff reinforcement. In total, 945 new employees belonging to the C1 and C2 administrative subgroups have been incorporated, representing the largest personnel integration process recorded to date in these bodies.
During his speech, the minister valued the daily work of these public employees, defining them as the visible face of the Administration in its direct contact with citizens. As explained, this staff increase not only seeks to fill vacancies but also serves to strengthen public services and ensure the generational renewal necessary to face future challenges.
“"The Administration has a face, and that face is you."
The staff expansion will allow for the strengthening of areas considered strategic, such as Immigration services, Violence Against Women units, and international vaccination centers. Likewise, the Government links this measure to the goal of bringing the Administration closer to all municipalities through initiatives aimed at facilitating procedures and public attention in the territory.
