The Contracting Board has proposed Atende Servicios Integrados S. L. as the best-ranked bidder, with an offer of 24.03 euros per hour.
The Department of Social Welfare is allocating 7,866,470 euros to this contract for a period of two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension. The councilor for Social Welfare, Begoña León, highlighted the importance of this service, which enables users to receive care and support in basic daily life activities, helping them remain in their homes and usual environments.
The Home Help Service includes care and actions provided mainly in the home and social environment of the beneficiary or family. The objective is to meet daily needs and offer versatile and preventive support, including monitoring for individuals with physical, intellectual, cognitive, mental health, or social difficulties, as well as those in situations of special vulnerability.
Among its provisions are domestic services, personal care and attention, and psychosocial and educational support. The ultimate goal is to enhance personal autonomy, prevent loneliness, and delay, whenever possible, premature institutionalization.
