The board of directors of Wewi Mobile, Finetwork's parent company, has regained control of the firm in Elda, revoking the sole administrator and re-establishing its original governance.

This decision comes after five months of corporate changes and addresses the need to ensure the company's viability, restore proper corporate order, and safeguard social interests. The board's composition mirrors that which existed before the restructuring initiated by Vodafone.
The measure is based on a ruling by the Provincial Court of Alicante that declared Vodafone's restructuring plan ineffective. This resolution pointed out significant shortcomings and defects in the takeover of the company and in the capitalization of debt, which has been annulled by the court.

"The other positions have been revoked this morning, and there is a new board."

The board believes that the previous situation created legal uncertainty for the company, its partners, and its creditors. Now, with control regained, the management of the last five months will be analyzed, and legal actions are not ruled out if decisions contrary to the company are detected.
A thorough internal investigation into the management of the previous sole administrator has been initiated. If existing indications are confirmed, the company will promptly take appropriate legal actions in civil, commercial, and, if applicable, criminal spheres. The company reiterates its firm determination to clarify responsibilities and act in defense of its interests, those of its partners, and its creditors. It also intends to maintain its headquarters in Elda and the employment linked to the project.
