The project is part of the Vive Dana Plan, an autonomous initiative that seeks to speed up execution times through industrialized construction systems. During a recent meeting, representatives from the Department of Housing and the local council agreed to integrate a municipal plot into the Local Reconstruction Project (PRL) to increase the buildability of the site.
The initial proposal, which included 28 homes on a plot on Hernán Cortes street, has been modified to optimize space. With the new construction method, 36 homes with one or two bedrooms and an average area of 65 square meters each are planned.

The regional government highlighted that the commitment to industrialized construction allows for reduced execution times, while also promoting energy efficiency and sustainability. Currently, the Vive Dana Plan already has other developments underway that add up to nearly 100 homes in municipalities such as Albal, Torrent, and Utiel.
For their part, the local administration positively valued the collaboration with the Valencian Housing and Land Entity (EVHA) and the private sector. The shared goal is to build public affordable rental housing that can meet the existing demand in the municipality of Riba-roja de Túria.
