The Llíria City Council is launching the «Esport al parc» program in July, which will offer free outdoor physical and wellness activities in the Parque Silvestre de Edeta.

Sessions will take place from Monday to Friday, between 8 and 11 AM, and will not require prior registration. This initiative aims to foster healthy habits and promote physical activity for all ages in the city's green spaces, thereby encouraging coexistence and well-being.
Scheduled activities include mobility and wellness, functional exercises, beginner pilates, line dancing, and stretching. The goal is to make sports and healthy habits accessible and approachable for the population, while also boosting social connection through outdoor exercise.
