From April 30 to May 3, the Benjamín March Municipal Park will transform into a large open-air culinary space. Residents and visitors will be able to enjoy a wide variety of flavors, recipes, and proposals designed for all ages.
The main novelty of this edition is the expansion of the gastronomic offer, with the incorporation of new stands specializing in artisanal pasta, traditional focaccias, and a selection of tapas. These will join the usual stalls offering hamburgers, giant sandwiches, pizzas, pastries, and other delicacies.
The festival's objective is to turn gastronomy into a shared leisure experience, offering a festive alternative ideal for enjoying with family and friends. In addition to the culinary section, the venue will feature children's attractions to complete a program also aimed at the youngest visitors.
The festival will open its doors on Thursday, April 30, from evening to night, from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM. On Friday, May 1, and Saturday, May 2, there will be a double session, with midday and night activities, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The closing will be on Sunday, May 3, with a continuous day from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The second edition of Fartera Fest will feature a prominent representation of hospitality establishments from La Pobla de Vallbona and nearby municipalities, with proposals designed for all palates and at affordable prices. The organization has also planned gluten-free options to broaden the gastronomic accessibility of the event.
Driven by the association of the same name, with the collaboration of the La Pobla de Vallbona City Council and the Diputación de Valencia, this festival seeks to consolidate itself as a fixed event in the municipality's festive calendar, combining gastronomy, tradition, family leisure, and commercial revitalization.
