The State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia, and Intolerance in Sport has proposed a sanction of 10,000 euros for Elche CF for failing to comply with security measures during the team's arrival at Martínez Valero on March 21.

This fine stems from an incident that occurred before the Matchday 29 game of Primera División against Mallorca, where the bus transporting the players disregarded instructions from the National Police and Local Police.
According to the police report, the Elche club had requested escort to the stadium and agreed with the security coordinator for entry through the south sector. However, the vehicle slowed down and followed instructions from leaders of the ultra fan group Jove Elx, stopping at an unauthorized point.

The National Police proceedings reflect that the vehicle stopped at a prohibited point and that the club delegate expressly disregarded the warnings of the security coordinator.

This action created risky situations for both the attending fans and the team members themselves, who ultimately had to exit the bus and walk to the protected area. The Anti-Violence Commission considers these actions to be serious infringements of the July 2007 Law against violence in sport.
